GODIVA SOUFFLÉ GLACÉ

8 large eggs, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Godiva Liqueur
3 1/2 cups heavy cream

Shaved Godiva Dark Chocolate for garnish.

1. Fold waxed or parchment paper strips lengthwise and spray with vegetable cooking spray. Secure around eight 4-ounce ramekins to make 2-inch collars, using tape. Place ramekins on a baking sheet.
2. Place eggs, sugar, coffee and cocoa powder in double boiler top. Place over hot, not simmering water until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and Godiva Liqueur and mix well. Cool completely.
3. Whip heavy cream in large mixing bowl until soft peaks form, using electric mixer at medium-high heat. Fold cream into eggs, one-fourth at a time. Divide mixture among ramekins. Freeze.

To serve: Remove the collars and garnish with shaved chocolate.
